com forward slash  blissfullyboldpodcast. This week on the show we have Allison Haynes and she is an intuitive life coach and energy healer and we are digging deep into her life. The chronic stress state that many of us feel and the expected millennial life plan, you know, the plan that we were all given as young adults, you know, in high school.

I know that myself, I have been set on that path before.  and how our grip on control and chasing the next high achievement all contributes to those high stress levels and also how that affects the nervous system and your capability to handle the stress and anxiety as well as methods to help ease those states.

And yes, some of those methods may be a little woo, but who doesn't love a little woo served with practicality? So sit tight and let's get started. Hi, Allison. Welcome and thank you so much for joining me today. I like to kick off every episode with learning more about your superpower and what makes you kick ass in this instance at mirroring for women and helping them kind of address what's been keeping them in a chronic state of stress.

Yeah, well, thank you so much for having me. I'm so excited to get to chat and connect with your audience today So my name is allison haynes and I am an intuitive life coach and an integrative energy healer Um, so I bring a lot of different skill sets together. Um, but you know, I think what makes me such a good mirror is that  Everything I've learned came from a lesson that I had to learn myself.

So like, I've been in their position. I was the one that was stuck in a chronic stress state for so long. I remember one of my functional medicine doctors, uh, probably four or five years ago at this point, saying, Hey, so how do you handle your stress? Like, do you feel like you handle your stress? Well, do you feel like you don't handle stress?

Well, and I was like, I am a pro at handling stress. I thrive in high stress environments. Like I was like literally patting myself on the back and being like, I'm amazing at handling stress. And she's like, well, your lab results. And I was like, like, I just had no idea.  That I was even in a stressed state.

And I think a lot of that came from, you know, growing up like millennials, like we chased on imaginary success checklist, you know, you've got, you graduate high school, you go to college, you get the job, then you're going to buy a house and then you're going to have kids. And like, we had it so like linear, like it was a linear outline that we knew we were going to follow.

And so as long as you were like working your hardest, like that was the other narrative that came through for us. Right. Of like, if you work hard, you will be successful. And so we told ourselves over and over again, if we work hard, we're like,  I can have anything I want in the world, I'm going to be successful, and in doing so, we pushed ourselves into a chronic stress state.

So I think what makes me such a good mirror is, I've been there. I've been stuck in the toxic job. The cool job, but toxic job, that was like ruining my life behind the scenes, but it was cool, and everybody gave me accolades for it, so I didn't want to admit that it was as toxic as it was. I've pushed my health to the back burner.

I've, uh, Burnt out while thinking that I was completely fine. You know, I fell victim to the I'm fine scenario that we all subscribe to as Millennials. How are you? I'm fine. Thank you for asking, right? Like, and I was never fine. Um, you know, I ignored the seemingly innocent symptoms. Like, I'm tired all the time.

I have migraines multiple times a week. I have a lot of bloating. Everyone normalized that. So I thought all those things were normal, too. You know, I struggled with anxiety. I went on anxiety medication during the pandemic because I had my first panic attack. And I thought all of that was normal because society has normalized anxiety and panic and all of that.

Um, but I've also learned to work through those things. And through that, I've really studied the nervous system extensively and begun to work with my own energetics on a different level. And I think like, that is why I love being able to help women move from this chronic stress state into  A not stressed date so that they can start to live lives that they're obsessed with too.

Right. And yeah, and I can tell you're excited. That was a lot of things. It is, but I

love this stuff so much. No, and

I love, I love your passion. And I know that the audience is going to love it too, because it definitely is coming through. Um, so one of the things you had mentioned is like, you know, work hard and like, put your head down, do the things, go to college.

Like get all the accolades, get the pat on the ass, like all the things.  And so a lot of that is like, you are orchestrating your own life, right? Like you are building the life, the dream life. And it's like, who's dream life. Right. Is it, is it your dream life?  No, like you have all of these moving parts. And so you're, like I said, you're orchestrating it.

You're being the, the, the coordinator, the project manager of your own life. And so that's a lot of control. Yeah. Right. And  that becomes stressful when you're managing that many things all at once. And you had mentioned a bunch of like different symptoms.

Yeah.

And one thing that I've noticed for myself, because I have definitely been there too.

I feel like we're two peas in a pod because  like, that is definitely something that I experienced back in like 2020 for me also. So we're like on the same timeline too,  but you're having, you have all of those moving parts and you're controlling those things. And.  Something that like one of the symptoms that I've noticed for myself is forgetfulness.

Yeah  Like and that's really important. Yeah,

brain fog, right? And so that's really important when you want to keep being the high achiever that you You know, you're so proud to say that you are  And like in the in the midst of all of it, you're forgetting things and it's not just things but you're forgetting Like about yourself And I know that in some of your content you've indicated that there's a pretty big grip on control And that being like a contributor to chronic stress.

Can you like expand on that?

Yeah, so I think like You're 100 percent right. Like, I think that there's so many things that we have just been taught to normalize. So whether that is the forgetfulness that we just, like, we laugh at ourselves for and we chalk it up to being, like, no big deal or, you know, we stay in a job that isn't filling our cup and we don't feel fulfilled by it.

But you know what? We convince ourselves that it's just It's just about the money and it's just about bringing home the paycheck. And like, it's totally okay to have a job that is just about the paycheck. But I think something that I went through in 2020, and I think maybe you can relate a little bit to this is I got so wrapped up in my career because it was all about chasing the next accolade.

It was all about getting the next promotion. It was all about, you know, Hey, pat me on the back. Like I'm doing great. I'm beating the odds. I'm climbing the ladder. Things are falling into place. I've had my hard times, but I'm powering through them that I began to lose who I was at my core. And so in 2020, I was working in the entertainment industry.

I was working for Disney and I had been working for Disney for 15 years before I left the company. And I was furloughed during that time for eight months. So I didn't have a job in the middle of that for eight months, and I was working on the project that was the pinnacle of my career, and it was the thing that like, I was like, wow, how do I even go up from here?

And when I had that stripped away during the furlough, and it was gone overnight, the whole entertainment industry was basically dissolved overnight. I was like, oh my god, I don't have any idea who I am without those titles. Like, I was. Thriving as a project coordinator, like, you know, the term chaos coordinator, like, that's literally what I felt like, and I, like, had every shirt and every mug that, like, had that saying on it, right?

And, like, I identified with being a chaos coordinator for the entertainment industry. And then when it stripped away overnight, it's like, whoa. Where, who am I at my core? And so that kind of started this journey for me. But I think what it is is as humans, like we're constantly seeking safety and certainty.

And as a society, we're told if we do the right things, you will be successful and then you will be happy.  And so we think that in order to be happy, we have to chase all of these external pieces. And when we chase that, you know, that external safety, our nervous system just tries to protect us. And it has this intent to keep us safe.

So example, you know, like, that's when we're like shutting down. So we're having an uncomfortable conversation. We numb and shut down rather than engage with our emotions because we've been taught that we're not palatable if we have, uh, an opinion that's different from someone else's. Um, you know, it could look like not allowing yourself to feel frustration.

As women, we are not encouraged to show our frustration. And yet that emotion will take up space in our energetic bodies that later is going to cause us a lot of problems. But, once again, it makes us unpalatable to share that emotion. And so, as I was just mentioning, we chase this imaginary success checklist.

We strive to be, as you were just kind of alluding to right before this, we allude, like we want to chase everybody else's idea of perfect, everybody else's idea of a dream life, that we become really disconnected from, what does my dream life even look like?  Is my dream life to have a house and be married with a white picket fence and have three children and they go to college and all is right with the world?

Or is my dream life to never have kids? Like, have you even, you know, stopped to ask yourself that question? Or are you really just chasing someone else's prescribed mold and trying to fit yourself into it? And so I think when we grasp for control, we're inherently trying to bring our bodies back into a state of equilibrium.

Like, we think that, like, we're actually bringing ourselves to peace by trying to, like you said, write that story for ourselves, when really, the universe is already controlling our story. Our story is already unfolding the way that it is meant to unfold. The things we're going through are the things our soul signed up for when it came to this earth.

And by grasping for control,  we're just forcing ourselves into different lessons and, but we're not actually getting to the root of why are we unhappy? What feels so dysregulating to us?  You know, like does that kind of make sense? Like we really pull ourselves out of the equation and we start chasing everything else and it activates a stress response for us.

So when our nervous system is activated and in that sympathetic, um, nervous system state, our bodies  are,  we're so frantic that we can't even like, imagine what a different life would look like for us. We can't even imagine what our biggest dreams could look like. We can't imagine making a million dollars.

We can't imagine. You know, being able to take vacations whenever we want,  because our nervous systems can only focus on what it can do to keep you safe right now. So when you can break out of that sympathetic response and into a parasympathetic response and regulate your nervous system and work with your energy, then you have this capacity  to rest, digest your food the way you're supposed to, and dream bigger than you've ever thought possible.

So you just said two words. Um, and I just want clarification for the audience to dig a little deeper just so that they know, um, what we're talking about. Yeah.  So the, um, you said the sympathetic system and the parasympathetic system. Can you dig into those a little more?

So your, your par well, your sympathetic response is more of that like stress response.

That is when your body is essentially in fight or flight. And a lot of us live in a chronic state of fight or flight because we don't ever, like, this is the racing thoughts, the constant anxiety. Um, you know, it could manifest as gut issues. Like there are a lot of different, um, systems that are activated when you're in your sympathetic response.

But when you move to your parasympathetic response, that is when your body knows that it is safe.  That there's no lion chasing it. That nothing is going to attack you while you're eating dinner. You are safe to rest and have a restful rejuvenating night's sleep. You are safe to digest your food. So when you're, for example, when you're in your sympathetic nervous system state,  Your food is not being digested the way that it's supposed to.

Your food is being stored away so that you have energy when you need to run from the lion, the proverbial lion that you think is going to chase you. But when you move to that parasympathetic state, your digestive system is able to actually digest the food all the way. So we think about it now. So many millennials have got issues, right?

A lot of that has to do with not being able to shift our bodies out of a chronic stress state and into a healthy lifestyle. a stress relieved state,  and it all comes tied back to how our body responds to our stress.

Right, and so you actually have a few different methods or modalities that can help, um, you know, people  get, get right with their nervous system, right?

So you have, I know that you've posted about breathwork, and is it Reiki or Reiki? Reiki. I can never, like, Reiki, thank you. I can never, like, remember, and I've heard the word so many times, I'm like, how do I know? Yeah. My brain just  doesn't compute.  And so you do breathwork, you do Reiki, and then you've also mentioned Akashic Records.

Is that also in line with the nervous system, or is that something a little different?

It's a little bit different, but it definitely has, um, been a big part of my journey. So,  You know, breathwork and Reiki, I would say, are practices that have really supported me a lot, especially over the past year and a half, um, since I was really introduced to them.

I think a lot of us, when we think of breathwork, you know, you think of people that are like, okay, um, it's really helpful for your anxiety if you box breathe. So breathe in for four seconds, hold for four seconds, breathe out for four seconds, um, hold at the bottom for four seconds. Like that's a pretty common.

Uh, type of breathwork that people will do, but there are so many different parts, um, so many different types of breathwork. There are breathworks that can activate your nervous system. There are different breathwork practices that can calm your nervous system. There are different breathwork practices that can bring balance back to your nervous system.

And so breathwork for me became a big piece of my story. When I, it all started, I went on a retreat that was actually a really bad experience for me. I went, I went to this retreat thinking that I was going to have the time of my life, this amazing experience. I knew so many girls that had gone to a previous one that like loved it.

And this goes back to, I wasn't following what felt good to Alison. I was following what society around me and my circle of influence were saying would be good for me. And at this retreat, it was in Denver, Colorado, and I'm from the East coast. I don't often leave the East coast. So there was a lot of altitude there and I was not used to that.

And I felt like I was suffocating the entire time.  Come to find out, this is kind of what led me to finding breathwork. Because I was like, oh, I'm suffocating. What do I need? And I woke up one day and was like, I need to learn breathwork. And that's when I started to realize that like, how do you use breathwork to regulate your nervous system goes so much deeper.

Then just learning how to box breathe because also as a breathwork facilitator something I've learned is like it's not just  Breathe in for four seconds. Hold at the top breathe out for four seconds. Hold at the bottom. It's breathe in for four seconds Hold at the top,  hold your diaphragm, and tilt your head down, breathe out, you know what I mean?

Like, there's more to the proper way to do it that's really gonna help your nervous system. So, I would say that, that, those practices started to come in after. Reiki is basically a Japanese, um, technique for managing your stress. And it works with your energetic body, and it allows the Reiki practitioner, so I'm certified in Reiki, um, to move life force energy through your body and to help get emotions unstuck and dense energy in your body so that it can flow more easily through your energetic channel, which will help to shift your body into that parasympathetic state that we were just talking about.

Right. So that like, It goes back to, like, I've heard before that your body, like, stores stress.

Yeah.

Right? And so, would Reiki help with, you know, releasing some of that stress from the body?

Yes. So, that's exactly what, um, it does. So, like, when, you know, when I work with clients with Reiki, a lot of times I hear, like, this is the most relaxed I've ever felt.

Um, for me personally, like, I had a lot of tension and, um, I hold a lot of my stress in my shoulders. Maybe some of your listeners can relate. And when I started doing Reiki, I had been going to massages like every three weeks because I felt like that was the only way that I could function was I had to have consistent massages in order to like move things through my body.

Like I just felt miserable, like physically miserable all the time. And when I started going to Reiki, all of that stress and tension that I had in my shoulder, Like dissipated within one to two sessions. It just like melted away because it turns out that that was actually where I was storing a lot of my frustration and anger and some of my denser, more heavy emotions.

And they were just taking up space and they were causing physical knots, um, in my body. And I was feeling it like that. That's why I was getting the headache so much. Um, there were just a lot of things that kind of came to light as I started to learn it. The power of moving emotion through your body and, and you know, even I'll give you another quick example of this morning I woke up and I was feeling a lot of like sadness.

I have no idea why I felt really sad this morning I felt it in my throat, like I felt like I wanted to cry but I couldn't get myself to cry. And I was able to as a Reiki practitioner I can do Reiki on myself as well. And I was able to release that sadness and I just felt it like flood through my body.

My whole body got warm, I started crying, but it released the emotion, and it completely turned around my entire day.  So that I don't have to, you know how like sometimes you just have those days where you just like feel really off and really crappy and you like can't get yourself to like get back into the day and you just want to shift your state and it's not that easy?

Reiki for me You're just like in a

funk? Yeah,

has been that thing that can like If I do a 30 minute session for myself, I can split my whole day around  and stop wallowing in my emotions, let them out, let them be seen, let them be felt, let them be heard, let them take up space, move through my body, and then I can have my day back and move forward with a lot of joy and enthusiasm, rather than just feeling tired.

Does it work 100 percent of the time? No. But does it help a lot of the time? Yeah.

Right. And then when you were like talking about holding the stress like in your shoulders and up here, it like brings that image of like carrying the weight of the world. Yes. Like on you, right? Like, okay, so I, um, am like Mexican American and, um, My family, we used to play Loteria.

I don't know if you like Mexican bingo.  And so one of the cards on there is El Mundo, which is like the world. And it's like this man carrying the world on his shoulders. And that's what it makes me think of because I do feel like a lot of people have their, their stress and their tension in their upper body.

And it's because they're trying to like.  I feel like keep themselves upright, but then it's like you're failing because you're just being crushed by the weight of all the things You know that you have going on in your head

it's one what you just said is so spot on because I think that that's the other thing that Really stood out to me when I started to learn to work with my energetic body and my emotions Was it's such a literal translation.

So  Neck and shoulders. 100 percent is you feeling like you're holding the weight of the world. And so when I'm working with a coaching client, that's what I'm working to identify with them upfront is. Okay, what are the narratives that are taking up, like, literal energetic space in your body? You know, a couple months ago, I was having a lot of, like, just weird foot pain.

That, I had no reason to be having foot pain. I used to run half marathons when I used to do that. Fine, like, I would have foot pain sometimes, right? But I wasn't doing anything out of the norm that would be foot pain. But I felt really unstable in my life and your feet are what keep you grounded and stable and how you walk through your day And so my feet hurting was actually a physical manifestation Of the fact that I felt unstable and I was able to go and work with my root chakra Which is my energy center that is focused on grounding and stability and feeling safe in my life I realized I was out of balance there and my feet were giving me a hint as to what I needed to work on in my life  to bring more equilibrium and balance back to my body.

Right. So, there is, I do feel like there's a lot of correlation between like,  like, this makes sense, like, as to why this would hurt, but also at the same time, I know that there are a lot of people who are skeptic, right? Like, they're skeptical of, you know, Reiki, they're like,  what is, what is that? Yeah.  And like, even, Even breathwork maybe they're like, why do I have to like sit here and learn to breathe?

Don't I normally do that?  So for people who are a little skeptical about learning new methods of you know, helping them cope with stress

Yeah,

like what do you have to say to them and how how? I guess you have already mentioned how some of  these practices have helped you So like I guess to kind of have them understand a little bit better of like This isn't just something that's woo You know, this is like a practical way to to cope.

Yeah.

How do you combat

that? Yeah, so  one of the  I remember one of my breathwork, um, coaches when I was learning, going through my, uh, my facilitator training saying, you know, one of the coolest things about breathwork is that breathwork is one of the only things that can ground you in the present moment within seconds because your breath can only exist in the present moment.

So if you are, you know, walking into a work meeting and You know this is about to be a really triggering meeting because you have this toxic boss that is going to call you out about something in it, whatever.  You can take that two second for yourself and come back, you always can come back to your breath.

And, it's going to remind you that you are not in danger, that your body is not under attack, that you are not, for like, once you learn the basics of breath work, You always have your breath and your breath will always take you to the present moment So it can be a really good way Especially like if you have anxiety like I know a lot of people will talk about like,  you know Look at five things in the room touch four textures smell three things, you know, you've heard like that kind of um example used before  Breath work is that first step to bringing you into okay.

I'm going to focus on my breath Now I'm going to look at five things in the room, then I'm going to do this, then I'm going to, you know. And it really just helps to bring you back to that, I'm safe,  I have myself, I can hold myself through this challenging moment that I'm working through. So that for me is where I feel like breath work, Is free and breathwork is accessible to everyone You do not have to pay a single dime once you have learned and there are so many free videos like yes You can work with a facilitator that can take you on a breath journey And you might be able to go deeper or go more into like hypnotic kind of techniques if you are working with a facilitator But you can also go watch free youtube videos  And learn breathwork for free.

You can also, there are so many great books out there. Um, The Oxygen Advantage is one that comes to mind for me. Uh, there's another one, Breathe, by James Nestor. That  have all of the science behind why breathwork is so important. Um, and so many of us just breathe improperly. and we breathe in our upper chest, which actually activates the sympathetic nervous system instead of breathing into our bellies and taking full deep breaths, which can put us into the parasympathetic state.

Even just taking three deep breaths before you eat dinner can make a huge difference to your digestion because it tells your body that you are safe.  That you are present and you are grounded where your feet are.  So that's what I like to think about when I think about breathwork. And if I'm talking to someone who's skeptical, those are some things I like to give them to just like think about and ponder of like,  how does that feel to you?

How does that resonate for you? As far as Reiki,  Reiki, like I said, is definitely  If you are wooskeptical, you will be wooskeptical with Reiki, and there's no better way to describe it because Reiki is one of those things where I like to, I heard it described this way, um, one time on a podcast, and I was like, that's totally what it is.

So think about a piece of watermelon. You know what a piece of watermelon tastes like. You know what a piece of watermelon feels like. But if I try to describe a piece of watermelon to you, I'm like, It's like really watery, it's kind of juicy,  it's really refreshing. Like, nothing I'm telling you about the watermelon is actually telling you what that piece of watermelon tastes like.

That's how Reiki is. Like, I can tell you all the magical things that will happen when you experience Reiki, but until you experience it for yourself, it's just one of those things that  You can't see, so you  don't, like, you're never going to be able to logic your way through it. You're never going to be able to be like, Oh, yeah, that totally makes sense.

Like I can't wait to experience that because there's just no way to experience it so some people, you know when I When i'm doing a reiki session, they might feel light tingling in their body. They might feel some warmth or cooling sensations Um, you know, I had a client once that had a like they were afraid to use their voice And so they actually felt like I was like pulling things out of their throat Like it was symbolic of like getting their voice back, right?

And so

sometimes

you might feel something like that. Um, I had a client one time who said that their head felt really heavy during it. Well, they were a big overthinker and so their head feeling heavy was trying to give them the indication that like they're overthinking too much, they're worrying too much.

Um, a lot of people,  like, it's almost like taking a nap. You just take a nice relaxing rest and you don't feel anything, right? Well, that sounds lovely.  So, I feel like, like I said with Reiki, just as I can't sit here and describe a piece of watermelon to you and help you to really understand what it's going to taste like, Reiki is one of those things where, if you're curious about it, it has found you for a reason, and  it is one of those things that I think can really support a lot of us,

um,

learning to work with our own energy, our own unique energy.

Nobody's energy works the same as somebody else's energy.  can be really freeing and you don't even realize how much your body needs to release that energetic weight that's been held there for so long.  But there's really nothing I can say to the woo skeptic that's going to make you be like, yes, I'm in other than just give it a chance and go into it with an open mind and an open heart.

And if it's not for you, it's not for you, but if it is, it might just change your life.

So you do offer that as a service. So if There is like a skeptic that's out there. Yeah, that is like, they're raky curious. Yes  That you know, they're like, okay, I want to try it out I want to work with someone on it But I don't want to invest a ton of money because I don't know if I like it So do you have any offers or anything like that?

Like how can people work with you?

Yeah, so One of the ways that I started to experience Reiki was through doing um group workshops or you know New moon or full moon circles,

which I know

if you're a little woo skeptical you're like, oh, I don't know a full moon circle, but like  I get it. But also they're free and what do you have to lose?

You have your camera off. You enjoy the event. If you hated it, you never go back to another one. Um, so I actually, right as of right now, I have one planned coming up at the end of September, on September 22nd. Um, my former coach Carly and I are going to be doing, um, a little, uh, I don't know what we're calling it quite yet, but, um,  I will be doing some Reiki and breath work at it.

Carly's going to be leading us through some yoga and she does these like beautiful activations to just help to ground you in the present moment. Um, Carly was my first Reiki practitioner and the one that totally got me hooked on all of it. Um, but now she is, she went and got certified in yoga over in India in the birthplace of yoga and now we get to combine all of our favorite things into something.

So that'll be to bring us into, um, The, the fall with, you know, the equinox coming up and

the full

moon at the end of the month. And so right now that's planned for, uh, sometime on September 22nd. And once I have that, I'll of course let you know. So you can post that down in the show notes for your listeners.

And then, um, I also do one to one life coaching and which is kind of more of a mentorship. Um, we can work together for four months, six months or, uh, 12 months. And really we start at the bottom.  We learn to regulate our nervous system. We learn to feel safe in our bodies. Once we've done that, then we can start to vision set for ourselves and figure out where we want to go next.

This is where we can bring in things like breathwork and Reiki to help us expand our nervous systems capacity, to be able to hold more and to dream bigger. And then we use things like the Akashic records, which, you know, we mentioned earlier and didn't really dive into, which is the records of all of our souls purpose that live up in the cosmos.

And as a  As somebody who knows how to open the records, I can go in there and connect with your soul and understand what your soul is here to do and help to bring some of that wisdom and knowledge back to you, Earth side, so that you can help to develop what that looks like for yourself moving forward.

And then I also do things like astrology. I know Hellenistic timing techniques. That can actually show you your life's timeline as written in the cosmos. It is one of the coolest things I have ever learned to do. And now I can bring all of that together into a coaching container. Um, beyond that I do 90 minute integrative energy healing sessions and these bring breath work and Reiki together into 90 minutes.

And I do offer 25 percent off for first time clients. So if that is something you're interested in, I would love to be able to introduce you to my world to support you that way. And honestly, like. If you're like, I just want to talk to you first and figure out what's right for me I'm always happy to jump on a clarity call, too

Awesome.

It sounds like you have so many goodies like in your cabinet and your little witchy cabinet over there You know,

it's a fun little world you're playing in if you would ask me a year ago. I was not a spiritual person so if you're skeptical and listening to this, I promise like You don't have to be into this.

I hired a spiritual life coach without being a spiritual person. So

Yeah, no, and yeah, I do feel like even though you can be like, kind of skeptical in the beginning. Like once you kind of dip your toe into it, it's fine. Like it's just, it is like, and it makes you feel so much better. So for the listener out there who is skeptical, like give it a chance.

You never know what you like when you don't try.

Yeah. I think that that's the thing is like society just told us that, oh, that's weird. Oh, don't stay away from that. Oh, that, that's weird. Well, you know what? We're stepping into a new paradigm. I don't, you know, maybe your listeners have heard this reference before.

Maybe they haven't, but. For the last however many decades, we've been focused on the collective and so many of our systems in our environments are set up to support the collective. But as we move towards 2027, we're stepping into this new paradigm, and you'll hear it talked about by human design experts a lot.

But what that really looks like, and what that really means, is We are starting to shift more to the individual. And I think we're seeing that start to come through in how a lot of our systems are kind of deconstructing around us.  Everything going on in our political world, our healthcare, our, like there's so many things kind of imploding.

And it's about coming home to you, who you are as an individual. And we're going to start to see that come more into our world. And so I don't think it's by mistake that more of us spiritual practitioners are showing up in the world. I don't, more coaches, more that like, We are here to help the individuals.

find their soul's purpose and to really start to like live into that and to not be victim to what society tells us that we have to be anymore. Your life can look any way you want it to, and that's totally up to you.

Yay. Well, that sounds really exciting. And so again, listener, you should go in, check out Alison and Give her some love and poke around and see what she has to offer because I bet that you might find something intriguing.
